Keynote Speaker Advocates of the Year Parents of the Year Co-Chairs
Since 2006, Parents Step Ahead has honored parents from different school districts throughout North Texas with this celebration. Honorees selected based on program participation, school nomination, and an essay written by them about the importance of parental involvement. In addition to this recognition, the honorees will receive an award and a brand new computer system. Three hundred community, business and academic leaders will be joined by families and students to honor the importance of parental involvement in education.
